Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receipt of the product, and they do not have the right to exchange the product after seven days. 2- To exchange the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if they wish to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications they set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its condition. 3- The consumer bears the costs associated with the return process, and in the case of international returns, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company. If there are defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer does not have the right to return the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications they set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor handling.
